Poly-Viscose Suiting for Uniforms

Poly-Viscose is the backbone of the uniform-fabric world, and of our range. Blending polyester's strength and crease recovery with viscose's softer, more breathable handle gives a cloth that tailors cleanly, holds a crease and survives the wash cycle a uniform lives through.

It is the blend most institutional programs standardise on because it balances the three things buyers care about: a presentable finish, real durability, and a price that works at volume. Nearly every suiting in our range is built on a PV base, tuned to different weights and finishes for each end use.

Weight is the first decision inside the blend. Our PV range runs from around 180 GSM plains for high-headcount, warm-climate programs up to 250 GSM twills for executive tailoring and force trousers, and the right answer follows the garment: shirting-adjacent weights breathe, heavier weights hold a crease and a regulation line. The blend ratio matters too, since a higher viscose share softens the handle while a higher polyester share extends wear life, which is why we hold multiple ratios rather than one.

PV also behaves predictably in the dye house, which is what makes it the safe choice for programs that reorder. Custom shades are dyed against a locked recipe at our partnered processing houses in Bhilwara and checked by lab dip before a bulk lot runs, so the navy a program approved in its first year is the navy it receives in its third. Stock shades ship from 50 meters; custom shades are woven to order from 500 meters per shade.
