Airline & Airport Uniform Fabric Manufacturer

Airline cabin crew and airport ground staff uniform fabric: wrinkle-resistant PV suiting and shirting that keep their shape through long shifts and travel.

Airline cabin crew and pilot in navy uniforms

An airline uniform is photographed, inspected and worn through some of the longest shifts in any industry. Our aviation suitings pair a refined, brand-worthy finish with wrinkle resistance and colourfastness that hold up through extended duty hours, layovers and constant laundering, from the flight deck to the check-in counter.

What airline and airport buyers need

Cabin crew and ground staff uniforms are judged on appearance from the first flight of the day to the last. Crew garments are packed, worn through long duty periods and pressed again in hotel rooms, so cloth that creases or loses its line shows quickly. Airport ground staff need the same look in a cloth that takes more physical wear.

Shade is part of the brand. An airline navy or charcoal has to match across crew bases and across years of reorders, and blazers, skirts and trousers often come from different garment makers.

Weight is a balance between appearance and comfort. Crew move between cold cabins, hot tarmac and different climates on the same duty, so a mid-to-heavy twill that resists creasing usually outperforms a lighter cloth that looks limp by the end of a long-haul sector. Ground staff in hot airports often need a lighter trouser and a breathable shirt in the same brand shade.

Ordering across crew bases

When several garment makers cut for one airline, cloth for all of them should come from one approved reference. Send the shade standard or a garment swatch and the garment list, and we weave against that standard for each maker.

Stock shades ship from 50 m per shade. Custom shades and constructions are woven to order from 500 m per shade after lab dip approval, and the approved lot is held on file so later top-ups are matched to it. Greige cloth is woven on our own looms at Village Atoon, Bhilwara, and dyeing, processing and finishing run through partnered Bhilwara processing houses. Price is on request.
