Corporate
One Suiting Shade Across a Nationwide Corporate Rollout
A corporate uniform program rolling out across branch offices needed the same suiting shade and handle whether the order shipped this quarter or next year.

Scale
Nationwide branch rollout, staged over 18 months
The challenge
A corporate client rolling out a new uniform identity across branch offices needed every phase of the rollout, spread over 18 months, to arrive in an identical shade and finish, without re-briefing the mill each time.
Our approach
- We built a single spec sheet at the start of the program covering composition, GSM, weave and shade code, so every future order referenced the same document instead of the last shipment.
- Each phase's production run was checked against that original spec sheet before dispatch, not against the previous phase's delivered goods.
- We flagged in advance when a requested quantity would need custom weaving versus ready stock, so the program's timeline never depended on a shade being available off the shelf.
Outcome
All 18 months of the rollout shipped from one spec, with no branch receiving a visibly different shade or handle from another.
