Bed Sheeting for Uniforms
Wide-width line-pattern sheeting woven for hospital and institutional laundry.
Bed sheeting is not uniform cloth. It is cut wide, washed harder and rotated on a replacement cycle, so the construction is built around the laundry rather than the wearer. Ours is woven at 58 inch width in line patterns, the format hospitals and institutional buyers order in.
Two builds cover most of that buying: a 100% polyester quality at 178 GSM in big-line and small-line patterns, where cost per wash decides, and a poly-viscose 70/30 quality at 192 GSM with a fuller handle for wards that want sheeting closer to home linen.
